2007 Volkswagen Passat

In '06 the VW had a massive redesign put into place on their highly popular Passat. The 2007 Volkswagen Passat builds on those changes, but also reintroduces the Passat Wagon which was gone the previous year.

The wagon Passat has three different engine options that start at the 2.0L four cylinder and go up to the V6 with all wheel drive. You can also get the bigger engine without the AWD and save a few dollars.

As far as transmissions go, the six speed manual comes on the smaller engine, but if you're driving the V6 you have the option of going to an automatic transmission instead.

Volkswagen succeeds admirably at giving the car the practicality of the station wagon's storage room, while still retaining some of the innate styling character of the Passat. The 2007 Volkswagen Passat wagon is ideal for the family that needs a station wagon for extra room and versatility

2006 Volkswagen Passat

The 2006 Volkswagen Passat is a larger redesign of one of the manufacturer's traditional best sellers. The car has been enlarged to compete with some of Volkswagen's stiffest competitors, Toyota and Honda, and the result is a roomier car with a more powerful engine.

There are a wide variety of models of the 2006 Passat, that start with a value edition with a 2L engine, and span all the way up to a V6 engine in the most expensive model.

Each model of the car has more power than its predecessors, and the interiors have been enlarged in order to make the car roomy enough to compete with the Camry and the Accord.

The car still has that unique Volkswagen styling, that makes it stand out from the crowd in a great way. Whether you want an affordable sedan that's safe and reliable, or a European styled luxury ride with great power, the 2006 Volkswagen Passat has something to offer to you.
